This is more of a starter point and not everyone has to go with this plot to rp. Subplots and miniplots are allowed.
Fuanshinshi, Japan, is a peaceful city that's been around since the mid 1900s. As time proceeds, the city is only getting larger and larger and more people are beginning to populate it. Life is generally nice and quiet here...Or, at least it used to be.
The year is 2013 and a strange organization is beginning to recruit members in order to stop death, but in the process, they believe they should get rid of all who are weak and would only be useless in the new world that would result from the end of death. However, to stop death, this organization (who calls themselves the Arcana) must find a way to open the portal of Yomi and destroy the woman who began all of death.
However, another organization, who calls themselves Seidou, is gathering people of all sorts to stop the Arcana from killing the innocent in the city. They believe that the Arcana is a group of troublemakers who must be stopped at all costs and don't even know the half of the Arcana's plans.
